Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Area
We deliver to most countries and regions worldwide.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing may extend slightly during sales and holidays.
A confirmation email with full tracking will be sent once your package is dispatched.
3. Definition of Business Days
“Business days” refer to Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in the destination country. Transit times may extend due to weekends/holidays.
4. Free Shipping & Included Countries
Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all orders over $95 (after discounts) to the following countries:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
5. Delivery Timeframe (after dispatch)
- US: 5–8 business days
- UK: 3–5 business days
- Canada / Australia: 6–9 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days (not guaranteed; depends on customs/local logistics)
6. Duties & Taxes: US/UK/CA/AU Included
For orders shipped to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, any applicable import duties and taxes are pre-paid by Artemis Crystal as part of your shipping cost. You will not be asked for additional payment upon delivery.
7. Duties & Taxes: Rest of World
For all other international destinations, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. All such charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Artemis Crystal does not collect or pre-pay these fees and cannot predict their amount.
8. Address Confirmation & Shipping Liability
Verify your address before checkout. We are not liable for failed delivery, extra rerouting fees, or loss due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for delays from weather, customs, or carrier disruptions.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Return & Exchange Period
Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 calendar days from shipment date for unwanted or defective pieces.
2. Condition Requirements
- Must be brand-new, unused
- Original packaging, tags, seals must be intact and undamaged
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/personalized pieces
- Gift cards
- Final sale / clearance / specially discounted items
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind / preference: Buyer pays return shipping
- Artemis Crystal error (damaged/defective/wrong item): We cover return shipping
5. Return Process
- Email support with order # and reason
- Wait for approval and instructions
- Must use a fully trackable service; loss in return transit is the sender’s (buyer’s) responsibility
- We inspect upon receipt
6. Refund Processing & Receipt Time
We will initiate the refund within 1–3 business days after inspection approval.
Receipt time depends on your payment provider:
- PayPal/Balance: often within 24–48h
- Debit/Bank: typically 3–5 business days
- Credit Card: may take up to 30 days to appear on statement
7. Exchanges
State desired replacement in your request. Additional shipping fees may apply; price differences must be settled before the new piece ships.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us immediately with photos/video of item and packaging. Verified claims result in replacement or full refund, with return shipping covered by us.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Artemis Crystal be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
